Korean Composite Stock Price Indexes 1. Any of several indices tracking the Korean Stock Exchange. They are weighted for market capitalization and are used to gauge the performance of South Korean securities and its wider economy. The most important KOSPI index is the KOSPI 200, which tracks the 200 largest stocks (by market capitalization) in South Korea. 2. An index of all stocks traded on the Korean Stock Exchange.
