Junior Capital Pool

A capital structure where a company can issue shares, and even make an IPO before it has begun operations. It requires a minimum investment of $100,000, but can give a company access to the market to raise capital to begin operations. This is unusual and is only available in Canada. Obviously, investing in a company with a junior capital pool is very high risk.
