Inspector's or Judge's Certificate
A form provided by the Corporation, and completed by the Inspectors of Election, attesting to the final voting results and percentages of a shareholder meeting.

Inspector's or Judge's Certificate
A certificate completed after a vote at a stockholders' meeting stating the results. For example, if shareholders are voting for a new member of the board of directors, a judge's certificate states who won and tallies how many votes each candidate received.
