Jakarta Stock Exchange
Established in 1977, the largest securities exchange in Indonesia.

Jakarta Stock Exchange
A former stock exchange in Indonesia. Originally opened in 1912, it closed and re-opened a number of times until 1977, when it was re-organized and experienced several years of steadily increasing trade. It was privatized in 1992 and introduced an automated trading floor in 1995. In 2007, it merged with the Surabaya Stock Exchange to form the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
