United States Junior Chamber
An organization in the United States that promotes business leadership in persons between the ages of 18 and 41, who are informally called Jaycees, after the pronunciation of the initials of "Junior Chamber." The Junior Chamber helps members develop management skills and training and encourages community service. Jaycees also advocate before the U.S. government. The organization was established in 1920 and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
