Interbank Bid Rate

The interest rate at which participating banks are willing to borrow deposits from other banks. Unlike an interbank offer rate, which is the rate at which banks lend money, an interbank bid rate is the rate at which banks ask to borrow. See also: London Interbank Bid Rate.
