Total amount of dividends that would be paid on a share of stock over the next 12 months if each dividend were the same amount as the most recent dividend. Usually represented by the letter "e" in stock tables.

Indicated Dividend
The total dividend a company will pay on its stock in the next 12 month period, assuming each payment is the same as the most recent dividend. Indicated dividends are reported on many stock tables. See also: E.
