Illegal Partnership

1. A partnership formed for the purpose of committing illegal acts. For example, two organized crime groups may form an illegal partnership.

2. A partnership that does not conform to applicable regulations governing partnerships. For example, a partnership with more than 20 partners is, under most circumstances, illegal.
