Our new Homebuyer Protection Plan gives our customers the confidence to take advantage of today's low interest rates, governmental incentives like the $8,000 tax credit and low home prices.
LaVoy, Acting Director of HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center, the Department is in the process of re-engineering the Single Family FHA appraisal process to facilitate implementation of the Homebuyer Protection Plan, launched in June 1998 by Secretary Andrew Cuomo.
