The property, situated at 91-315 Hanua
Street in the Campbell Industrial Park on Oahu, is the largest, single tenant coldstore-frozen food distribution facility in the state of Hawaii.
Known as the Boera Association, it shortly became part of a larger collective called the Hiri Hanua
Development Association (hanua
= 'village') representing Motu-Koita villages in the area.
Political activity or renown is not an issue here, the authority of the hanua
kwarana comes from his embodiment of village history.
