Funds Management

    0.01 sec.
Funds Management
The practice of ensuring that the assets of a financial institution are timed such that they can pay liabilities. For example, a funds manager times a loan such that, upon repayment, a bank can use the funds to pay a time deposit when it comes due. Funds management should not be confused with investment management.
