Full-Time Student
A dependent is a full-time student if the dependent is enrolled in a school for the number of hours or courses considered by the school to be full-time during some part of at least 5 calendar months during the year. School includes elementary and secondary schools, post-secondary colleges, on-the-farm training courses, and technical and trade schools. It does not include on-the-job training, correspondence schools, or internet school. Vocational high school students are considered to be full-time students.
