Also called rental lease. Arrangement in which lessor promises to maintain and insure the equipment leased.

Rental Lease
A lease whereby the lessee pays a certain amount of rent in exchange for use of a property; in exchange, the lessor agrees to provide maintenance and insurance for the property. It is also called a full-service lease.
