In the past couple of years Turkmenistan has implemented several projects aimed at creating conducive environment for promotion of peace and stability in Afghanistan, including construction of schools and hospitals, rebuilding of Kushka-Turgundi railway segment, provision of schoolbooks and supplies, free supply of wheat flour, winter clothing and other household items for adjoining provinces of Afghanistan.
People expressed their disappointment over the suspension of fuel supply by petrol pumps and demanded that a mechanism be evolved to ensure trouble free supply around the year.
In fact, considering so few people actually take advantage of this endless free supply of energy, it's hard to imagine that we've known about solar power for the past 170 years already.
