An application form for registration as a broker, dealer, or broker-dealer with the SEC. One also fills out Form BD to amend one's registration. The form contains information on the applicant, such as whether the applicant is a person, partnership, corporation, etc. The applicant must also disclose the person or organization who handles the applicant's accounting, and who finances the applicant's business.
