Form 2350

A form that one files with the IRS to request an extension of the time to file Form 2555, which is used to claim a foreign earned income exclusion from U.S. taxation of income earned in a foreign country. One may file Form 2350 if one needs more time to pass residency tests necessary to claim the exclusion.
