Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs

The head of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He/she advises the government on foreign policy and matters related to the Commonwealth of Nations (which primarily consists of former territories of the British Empire). He/she is also responsible for British overseas territories. The foreign secretary is appointed by the monarch on the advice of the prime minister.

According to details, MQM leader and Provincial Minister Sindh Rauf Siddiqui has written a letter to British Prime Minister David Cameron, Home Secretary Thirisamay, Foriegn secretary Flip Hamend and Chief Inspector of New Scotland Yard, in which he has said that millions of followers and lovers of MQM leaders are concerned over threats to MQM Chief Altaf Hussain.
