Fibonacci Fan

In technical analysis, a way of determining the support and resistance levels for a security's price. One calculates a Fibonacci fan by finding the high and low prices for a given period of time and dividing the difference between those two by three Fibonacci ratios: 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8%. One then draws lines on a chart based on these calculations.
