See Federal Reserve Board.
Federal Reserve Board
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. It consists of seven members appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the Senate. The chairman of the Board also serves as Chairman of the Federal Reserve. Members serve for staggered, fourteen-year terms. The length of service is designed to give the Board as much independence from Congress--and therefore immediate political expediency--as possible. The Board makes an annual report on its operation to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and its members serve ex officio on the Federal Open Market Committee.

FRB is the oldest and largest investor relation agency in the world, with offices in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The FRB appears open to moving its deposit deadline to a time later in the day to accommodate the needs of next-day depositors.
Although addressing the concerns of the FRB and the DFI has taken up a fair amount of management's time over the last year and a half, it has been time well spent, for it has strengthened us as a financial institution; in addition to bringing us in compliance with regulatory requirements, it has put us in a position where we are better able to serve both our customers and the financial community as a whole.
