PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was moved from the team's exempt list to the 53-man roster on Tuesday, allowing him to practice with his team mates when they resume training on Wednesday.
Gessner was placed on an exempt list by the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League on Tuesday so he could sign with Seattle.
A letter to the FDA said, "CLMA is concerned that imposition of additional regulatory requirements as outlined in the proposed compliance policy guide would drastically affect patient access to a wide range of laboratory services that are currently available, the list of which includes tests and methods far in excess of those listed on the FDA temporary exempt list.
