EUTELSAT
A company in France that provides satellite coverage in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and the Americas. It broadcasts radio, television and Internet signals to homes and offices all over the world; it also provides Internet access on airlines and elsewhere. It was established as an inter-governmental organization 1977 and was privatized in 2001.
