Dual Syndicate Equity Offering A new issue of a stock made through two syndicates. When making a dual syndicate equity offering, the issuer hires two separate groups of underwriters. The first group offers the stock to investors in the issuer's own country while the second offers it internationally. Using two syndicates allows each underwriter the ability to respond to the different needs and concerns of domestic and global investors. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
