In the context of stocks, stock whose market price is low in comparison to stocks in its sector.

Depressed Price
A price for a stock that is lower than other stocks in the same or similar markets. Bargain hunters and bottom fishers often buy securities with depressed prices on the assumption that they are undervalued, which will cause higher prices. A depressed price occurs especially in a buyer's market.
