Delivery price
The price fixed by the clearinghouse at which deliveries on futures are invoiced; also the price at which the futures contract is settled when deliveries are made.

Delivery Price
The price at which a futures contract is settled. Clearing houses set delivery prices to reduce confusion when the futures contract expires and the seller must make delivery.
