Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Seller fulfills the contract obligations when the goods have arrived at a named place in the importing country. The seller bears all the costs and risk except for import duties and other customs clearance costs.

Delivered Duty Unpaid
In international commerce, an agreement between a buyer and a seller stating that the seller must pay for all transportation and insurance up to a named destination in the importing country. Once the goods arrive in the importing country, the buyer is responsible for all transportation and risk and must also pay any tariffs or duties. The seller is not responsible for unloading the goods from the ship or other vessel unless both parties explicitly agree. See also: Incoterm.
