Dually Employed with Kids In marketing, a term for households with two adults and an unknown (but usually small) number of children. Usually both adults are employed, but occasionally one adult brings home two incomes. They are important to marketers trying to sell children's items such as toys and videos games. The idea behind this is that DEWKS tend to spoil their children. See also: DINKS. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
