Convertible eurobond

A eurobond that can be converted into another asset, often through exercise of attached warrants.

Convertible Eurobond

A bond denominated in a currency, other than that of the issuing country, that may be exchanged for common shares or other assets. Generally speaking, one exercises the conversion option of a Eurobond indirectly through warrants attached to it.
