| Remediation liabilities generally arise as a result of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund), the corrective action provisions of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) or analogous state and non-U. He has also represented regulated parties in disputes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Clean Air Act. The sites will consist of those ranked on the Superfund National Priority List (NPL) as well as non-NPL sites regulated under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), state environmental regulatory programs and other sites, which might require remedial action. |
