Coffee, Sugar, and Cocoa Exchange
An exchange, tracing its roots to 1882, on which futures contracts and options on coffee, sugar, cocoa, and the S&P Commodity Index are traded. It is based in New York City and is a subsidiary of the Intercontinental Exchange.

Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (CSCE)
An organized exchange, established in 1882, that provides facilities in New York City for the trading of futures contracts on coffee, sugar, and, following its addition in 1979, cocoa. Options on sugar futures are also traded at this exchange.

Last week, the spot price of a pound of Colombian coffee on New York's Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange rose to $2.
Once the legislation was passed, it allowed Houston to become a delivery point for the Coffee "C" future contracts traded on NYBOT's Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange, joining the ranks of New York/New Jersey, New Orleans and Miami.
Coffee prices on New York's Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange - which provides the industry with its benchmark for beans -- currently hover around 50 cents a pound, down more than 80% from their brief peak of $3.
