A syndicated loan agreement in which the participants in the syndicate are specifically requested by the borrower.

Notes:
The borrower normally has the right to know what institutions are participating in the syndicate. Once the borrower requests the participation of specific institutions, the syndicated loan becomes known as a club deal.
