Clean Report of Findings
A report issued by an inspection firm, indicating that price has been verified, that the goods have been inspected prior to shipment, and that both conform to buyer specifications.

Clean Report of Findings
In international commerce, a report issued by an inspector stating that no damage to or loss of goods occurred before shipment. A clean report of findings also states that both parties have agreed to the same price and that the goods are in the condition that a buyer specified. See also: Clean bill of lading, Incoterm.
