CZK

The ISO 4217 currency code for Czech Republic Koruna.

CZK

ISO 4217 code for the Czech koruna. It was introduced in 1993, replacing the Czechoslovakian koruna when the Czech Republic separated from Slovakia. It is a floating currency. There has been much discussion of replacing the koruna with the euro, but, historically, there has been a great deal of opposition to this move within the Czech Republic.
