Chartered Investment Counselor
A professional designation for CFAs who work as investment advisers. In order to qualify as a CIC, one must first become a chartered financial analyst, have at least five years of work experience as an investment adviser or a similar field, and work at a member firm of the Investment Counsel Association of America. A CIC designation is considered a sign of vast experience in investment advisory services and/or asset management.

Hong Kong, Nov 19, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited ("GCL-Poly" or the "Company") today announced that the Company has entered into a binding framework agreement with China Investment Corporation ("CIC"), pursuant to which CIC will subscribe for an aggregate of 3,108 million new shares at the subscription price of HK$1.
