Business Office
An office from which a company conducts some or all of its back office activities. A business office may provide offices for managers, accountants, human resources personnel and other employees necessary for the smooth function of a company. These employees may not be directly involved with the creation or distribution of products. A business office contrasts with properties, such as factories, where operational activities take place.
