Bulletin Board Exchange
Also called BBX. A proposed electronic exchange that was intended to replace the OTCBB. Securities to be listed on the BBX would have no financial requirements, but would have to abide by the corporate governance standards of NASDAQ securities. It was intended to come into existence in 2003.
