Broker Recommendations

Broker Recommendations

A broker's estimate about the future performance of a stock or security. A broker may use any number of technical, fundamental and/or macroeconomic factors when analyzing a security. The broker then recommends that clients buy, sell or hold the security based on the estimate or rating. Some brokers are particularly well-regarded on certain securities and, for that reason, their advice is often followed and may affect the security's price.
