Broadband
A method of transmission that allows multiple media to be transferred over a single wire or line, at the same time, and very rapidly, at least several megabits per second. Colloquially, the term is often applied to any Internet connection other than a dial-up connection. Broadband (and Internet connections generally) have allowed global businesses to operate much more closely to real time.
