Block voting
Describes a group of shareholders banding together to vote their shares in a single block.

Block Voting
A voting system where a large number of shareholders band together and vote the same way with all of their shares. This gives the block more leverage over shareholder votes. Block voting should not be confused with a block trade, which is a different concept altogether.
