The time elapsed between billing periods for goods sold or services rendered.

Billing Cycle
In an installment plan, the time between the days on which a company sends two invoices to a customer. For example, if a company sends a bill on April 1 and another on May 1, the billing cycle runs from April 2 to April 30.
