In the United Kingdom, a slang term for 1,000 pounds. The term gained currency in the gambling industry as 1,000-pound chips are larger than others, looking like biscuits or cookies.

When I was in short trousers they were just that ( a chocolate and marshmallow bikkie the size of a manhole cover.
Reversing back to the original recipe couldn't be simpler - just take out the 85g of choccy chips and replace with 75g of currants and a teaspoon of mixed spice, and of course use a normal bikkie cutter instead of the bunny one.
