Bear Correction In technical analysis, a small gain after a series of increasing gains in a security. For example, if a security rises in price by $2 on Monday, $2.50 on Tuesday and $3 on Wednesday, but only rises by $2.25 on Thursday, a bear correction is said to occur on Thursday. It may predict a coming drop in price. The term is especially common in forex markets. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
