Baltic Exchange A company that tracks information on goods being shipped internationally and the derivatives based upon them. That is, it tracks commodities, futures contracts, and options, provided they represent internationally shipped items. It also publishes a code of conduct for members, which include most of the world's shipping interests. The Baltic Exchange is based in London and was established in 1744.
