Bad-Pay List
In marketing, a list of persons with a bad credit history. Persons on a bad-pay list may be removed from a universe of targets in a campaign because they will be unable to buy the good or service being advertised. For example, a cold caller may remove people on a bad-pay list from the file of persons he/she intends to call. A bad-pay list is also called a bad-risk list.
