BRN
ISO 4217 code for the new Brazilian cruzado. It was introduced in January 1989 and circulated until March 1990. During this time, Brazil's currencies were subject to high inflation.

Beetroot is manually fed onto an existing conveyor, which is controlled by the new BRN line.
The new line installed by BRN includes a lift/tipper for octabins serving a 3m3 feeding hopper, a vibratory feeder to take product from the hopper to the top of the multihead weigher, the weigher itself (a 14 head Ishida model) and the supporting steelwork.
BRN came on stream in June 1995 at 30,000 b/d of 41.
