An insurance policy providing coverage for a building one owns, the additions and fixtures in it, the personal property contained in it, and/or the fixtures installed in a building one has leased. For example, a BPPCF covers a dance studio; the dance floor installed after purchasing the studio; all the tables, chairs, and other supplies; and/or the dance floor installed in another building the studio has leased.
