However, for this business model to work effectively in China, we have to realize the following constraints and issues that become obstacles of the B2B EC development in China.
Although it is a difficult task for these State Own Enterprises to change and adopt information technology, this is the only way to implement B2B EC which will soon be adopted by most developed countries and become the dominant way of conducting business worldwide.
