Attorney's Letter

In an audit, a letter an accountant sends to a lawyer verifying the client's lawsuits. In order to assess the financial state of a company, the accountant needs an accurate picture of the lawsuits it is facing and any actual or potential judgments against it. The attorney's letter requests this information.
