Attestation Clause

Attestation Clause
1. A clause in an insurance policy contract stating that representatives of the insurer must sign it in order for it to be effective.

2. A clause in a will stating the testator is legally able to execute the will and that he/she has abided by all laws and has signed the will in the presence of the appropriate number of witnesses.
