Asociacion Latinoamericana de Integracion An international organization dedicated to trade integration and the establishment of a common market in Latin America. Member states give each other preferential treatment in the form of tariff rebates as well as financial and other forms of cooperation. However, its scope is much less broad than the European Union, many of whose members hope for full political integration. ALADI was established in 1980. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
