Antidumping Investigation Notice

A notice by a government agency announcing an investigation into potential dumping. Dumping is the act of exporting a good to a foreign country to capitalize on the price difference. This can cause harm to the domestic industry, especially in the short term. Once the government publishes an antidumping investigation notice, it must begin the investigation within 20 days.
